Nationwide delivery, via GIG Logistics

Kaenves is a fully online art store, and we deliver to every state in Nigeria. All physical orders travel through GIG Logistics to the GIG pickup office you choose at checkout — secure, trackable and convenient.

How it works

1. At checkout, choose your state, then your city/area, then the GIG office most convenient for you.
2. Complete your order. We prepare, pack and hand it to GIG once payment is confirmed.
3. You collect your parcel at that office with your order number and a valid ID.

Timing

Delivery takes 2–7 working days from confirmation, depending on your location. Your order page shows your personal estimate as soon as the order is placed, and tracking appears here in your Kaenves account as soon as GIG receives the parcel — we never show made-up tracking events.

Costs

Delivery is charged by weight and destination and shown clearly in your order summary before you pay. Digital courses and guides are delivered instantly to your account — no delivery fee.
