Terms of service

Effective date: 6 October 2026 · Kaenves Art Store ("Kaenves", "we").

By shopping with Kaenves you agree to these terms. Kaenves is a fully online art store; all physical orders are delivered nationwide through GIG Logistics to a GIG pickup office you choose.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm your payment. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes; delivery is calculated by weight and destination and shown before you pay. If an item is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you in the chat and refund that item in full.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Your order enters "payment verification pending" when you tell us you've paid, and is confirmed only after our team verifies the transfer — usually within minutes, always within one working day. Keep your bank transfer reference until your order is confirmed.

Delivery & collection

Orders are delivered to your chosen GIG pickup office, typically within 2–7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are honest guides, not guarantees. Collect with your order number and a valid ID. Parcels not collected within the GIG office's holding period may be returned to us; re-delivery may attract a fresh delivery fee.

Digital products

Purchased classes and guides are licensed to you personally for non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy at /returns forms part of these terms.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details confidential — activity under your account is your responsibility. You may close your account at any time by messaging us in the chat.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the store: no fraudulent orders, interference with the site, or abuse of our staff in chat. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Liability

Kaenves supplies creative goods and education; always follow product safety guidance, especially for children's kits. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
